Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using Biaura (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VoidWorks Pte. Ltd. ("VoidWorks," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.

License to use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by VoidWorks and its licensors.

In-app purchases

Biaura is free to download. Certain features require a Premium unlock, available through in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. Contact Apple Support for purchase-related issues.

Not medical advice or a medical device

Biaura is a wellness app for listening. It is not a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not FDA-approved, CE-marked, or clinically validated for medical use.

The content provided in the App, including binaural beats, noise, and ambient sounds, is for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Use with caution if you have:

• Epilepsy or a seizure disorder
• Heart conditions or pacemakers
• Pregnancy
• Hearing impairments or sensitivity to sound

If you experience dizziness, discomfort, or any adverse effects, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider.

Safe volume and hearing protection

Always use the App at a safe, comfortable volume. Prolonged exposure to loud sounds can cause hearing damage. We are not responsible for hearing loss or other injuries resulting from excessive volume or prolonged use.

Age restriction

Biaura is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

Intellectual property

All content in the App, including but not limited to audio, graphics, text, and software, is the property of VoidWorks or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoidWorks and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
